Santana Solitaire

THE STRUCTURE:
It is a R.C.C. framed structure of columns, beams and slabs. The internal partition walls will be of brick masonry and the external walls will be laterite masonry.

PLASTER:
External plaster will be double coat, sand faced cement plaster. Internal wall and ceiling plaster will be single coat with a neat coat of neeru.

FLOORING:
All rooms balconies and passage shall have Vitrified tiling and skirting. Anti Skid Ceramic tiling for the Kitchen and Toilets. Full height tiling for toilet walls.

DOORS & WINDOWS:
All doorframes of first class Sal wood. Main door of teakwood. Moulded skin doors for internal doors. Powder coated aluminium windows with sliding/openable arrangement. Wooden French door for Living room. Ventilators for bathroom with provisions for Exhaust fan.

KITCHEN:
The Kitchen will have a cooking platform with granite top. Stainless steel sink with single bowl of 60cms with mixer. Ceramic tiles or equivalent lining above the platform for a height of 0.60 mts. Electrical/Plumbing provisions for Microwave owen, geyser, water purifier, washing machine and exhaust fan.

INTERNAL DECOR:
The walls will be painted with light colour Emulsion paint, ceiling with white Distemper paint.

EXTERNAL DECOR:
External walls will be painted with exterior emulsion paint.

WATER PROOFING: 
All toilets roofs will be provided with conventional type and chemical water proofing.

WATER TANKS:
A common underground sump with a common electric pump and a common overhead tank will be provided.

BATHROOM:
The following sanitary fittings will be provided:
1.European W.C. with flush valve/push button.
2.3 in 1 shower mixer.
3.Wash basin.
4.Health Faucet.
5.Inlet-outlet points for washing machine (if not required in kitchen)
6.Inlet-outlet points for Geyser 

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS:
The electrical wiring will be concealed with copper wire. The following points will be given. 

LIVING/DINING ROOM:
1.One Chandelier point.
2.Three nos of light points.
3.Two nos of 5 amp plug points.
4.Two nos of fan points.
5.TV point.
6.Telephone point.
7.Two light points and one plug point for living balcony.

BEDROOM:
1.Three nos of light points.
2.One fan point
3.One A/C point
4.Two nos.  5 amps plug points
5.TV point
6.Telephone point
7.One light point. For balcony

KITCHEN:
1.Three light points ( 2 lights & 1 Exhaust)
2.Three 5 amps plug point.
3.Three 15 amps plug point.
4.One fan point

BATHROOM:
1.Three light points ( 1 for light, 1 shaving lamp & 1 exhaust)
2.One 15 amps plug point (for geyser)
3.One 5 amps point.

PASSAGE:
One light point.

2.Lofts in Kitchen & in one Bedroom.
